Development and education.

Before birth fetuses with signs of mental and physical illness with be identified and will be disallowed to procreate. Once born the child will be required to go to the maturation and education facility. This is basically school but it does a few more things. The first years of existance shall be consumed by education in basic math and science understand, sex, arts, music, death education, ect. All basic understanding. Also there shall be education in popular languages such has english, french, german and japanese. Maybe others. Then the natural aptitude tests will begin at a certain age. Your skills shall be federally recorded and recognized, for reference to be used by future college consideration and job application. Then, finally, the common sense test. The common sense test asks an array of questions, maybe thousands of questions. If you score low enough on the common sense test then you will be considered a slave. You are then considered property. If the child is an idiot savant, or above average physically it will still be considered property, but more than likely it'll be worth more. An idiot savant is an intellectually disabled person who exhibits extraordinary ability in a highly specialized area, such as mathematics or music. This test will also be used by certifier experts when considering certification in dangerous rights. Like the use of a car, or the use of drugs such as alcohol, acid, ecstasy. For things that you can only hurt yourself with wont require a cert.

After the slaves are weeded out the children will be taught more science, sex, math, reading, music, art, and death education. Slightly more complex ideas, but all relatively basic. Then they will go through a course which teaches them about advanced sex, drug use,(not drug un-use, but which drugs can kill you quicker and how likely it is with some drugs that you will have a sudden desire to go fly) and the effects of weapons. There will be a segment that is basically a faces of death thing. It will build upon previous death educations, but this course will help teach the students how frail the human body is, and how badly they will be fucked up when being shot in the face. They will also be taught the basics of living on your own and intelligent life decisions. At this point school 1 is finished. School 2 will be like a lesser version of college. The kind of level things taught in upper elementary, middle and high school that are taught now. However the students can pick their classes. Certain certs can be gained in School 2, like driving a car, operating some machinery and the use of drugs, ect. At the end of school 2 there will be another aptitude test and a knowledge test, which will be recorded on their personal files for use by colleges and jobs. Then School 3 is college as is now. However there will be no required credits. Your success in School 3 depends on entirely on your own desire to succede. School 3 can offer the most advanced certs.
